  • Appointment times are valuable! We understand life happens, but please make sure to cancel or reschedule ahead of time if needed.

    We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee based on appointment type/length.

  • We are by appointment only. You can see our availability here

  • You can cancel via the link in your confirmation email that is sent automatically after booking. Or you can call us at 317.377.4448.

  • Please let us know immediately if you are going to be late to your appointment by calling us at 317.377.4448. We have a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are going to be later than this, you may have to reschedule or wait until your provider takes their next client and finishes treatment.

 Treatments

 
  • Our team of injectors are board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners or Registered Nurses who work under Dr. Williams, Chief Medical Officer.

  • All of our injectables are FDA approved and bought in America directly from the manufacturer. We also only use medical grade skincare.

  • Yes! If you want to schedule a consultation we will hold a charge of $75, but this amount will be credited to a treatment if you move forward.

  • We offer AfterPay as well as Affirm.

  • We recommend booking your appointment at least 2 weeks prior to any events or social engagements. For weddings, we recommend 6 weeks.

  • You can as long as you do the facial treatment first. Otherwise, you will need to wait 2 weeks.

  • We are unable to perform most services while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We always recommend consulting your physician prior to your appointment if you have any concerns.

  • There is always a risk of bruising when a needle enters the skin which can come in minor, mild, moderate, or severe forms. Please plan accordingly and reach out to us with any concerns.

  • Yes! We want your experience to be as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We offer topical and local numbing depending on your treatment and health history.
